Boil em Mash em

     I made mashed potatoes last night, a whole pot of chopped up red potatoes with the skins was mashed and mixed up by this girl right here, I love to cook, especially easy things, like mashed potatoes! I don't normally make gravy, I just put shredded cheese in the middle of my mountain and let it melt. I reheated some for brunch today and it was yummy and I am just generally happy, listening to Jonny Cash while chilling on my bed with my cat and my boyfriend. Life is good.<3
